Refund & Returns Policy

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY – STYLEZENO

At StyleZeno, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You are eligible to return a product if:
  - The item was received in a damaged or defective condition
  - You received an incorrect product (wrong size, color, or item)
  - The product delivered does not match the description on our website

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items are NOT eligible for return if:
  - The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  - The item has been used, washed, or altered
  - The original tags and packaging have been removed
  - The product is from a "Final Sale" or non-returnable category
  - The item shows signs of damage caused by the customer

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery.

Step 2: Provide the following details:
  - Order ID / Order Number
  - Name and contact details
  - Reason for return
  - Clear photographs of the product (especially if damaged or incorrect)

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm whether the return is approved.

Step 4: If approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to stock availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected:
  - We will send you a notification confirming receipt of the returned item.
  - If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the order.

Refund Timelines (after approval):
  - UPI / Net Banking:        3–5 business days
  - Credit / Debit Card:      5–7 business days
  - Cash on Delivery Orders:  Refund via bank transfer (NEFT) within 5–7 business days

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellation by Customer:
  - Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  - To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@stylezeno.com or call +91 8601723059.
  - If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.

Order Cancellation by StyleZeno:
  - In rare cases, StyleZeno may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other issues.
  - In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  - Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  - Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  - Gift cards or vouchers

7. DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
  - Take photographs of the outer packaging before opening
  - Capture images of the damaged product inside
  - Report to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stylezeno.com

We will arrange a replacement or full refund for items confirmed as transit-damaged.
