SHIPPING POLICY – STYLEZENO
At StyleZeno, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, swiftly, and reliably across India. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. During checkout, you can enter your PIN code to check if delivery is available at your location.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Delivery timelines vary based on your location:
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to public holidays, weather disruptions, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above Rs. 499.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 60 for orders below Rs. 499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional handling fee of Rs. 30 may apply.
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery details.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@stylezeno.com.
6. MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER
If you order multiple items, they may sometimes be shipped in separate packages and delivered on different dates. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking IDs for each package.
7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. If the delivery fails due to unavailability of the recipient or incorrect address:
- The package may be held at a local facility for a limited time.
- StyleZeno is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Re-delivery or reshipping charges may apply for returned packages.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
In the rare event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
9. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at:
